Welcome to my blog! My name is Dino Vu and I currently reside and work in one of the most active cities of Vietnam, Saigon but I am originally from Hanoi. I am a foodie or in other words a food sociologist who enjoys experimenting with different meals and wants to tell everyone about it.

I have been in Saigon for the past five years working as a Marketing specialist. While Saigon can be considered a lively and comfortable city I will always remember Hanoi as my home; family, friends, and tasteful Vietnamese dishes to name a few memorable things.

I have been forced to cook because I live alone and from being forced into it, I found out that I loved food. These are the cooking recipes and delicious dinners I want to share with you at Ngòn Ngon by Dino.

Next was Dinology – a YouTube channel that I use to post videos related to food, travelling and daily life. Deciding to become a nurse may be one of my best decisions that I have taken in life.

To refresh, apart from the show focus – food and cooking, I am a technology geek. I do have the passion for software and new products and analyzing the new technological inventions available in the market.
